Our RV had been showing signs of trouble for a while, and unfortunately, it finally gave out over a weekend. We had never heard of SOS before this incident, but from the very first call, Hernan—the owner—was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional. He immediately took our issue seriously and made us feel like we were in good hands. Throughout the entire repair process, Hernan stayed in constant communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to remain accessible and attentive, making what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received. The quality of the repair, combined with Hernan’s exceptional customer care, exceeded all our expectations. We can’t say enough great things about this operation. Highly, highly recommend!

Hernan is the man. Half the price and twice as nice. Just like previous reviews said, and he did not disappoint! Such a breath of fresh air after getting disrespected by Freightliner. This is the way to go if you want to spend your money right and understand what’s going on with your vehicle and not blindly believing an overpriced dealer with some fancy logo. We trust SOS! We called one afternoon and he said come on in; we showed up about 30 minutes later and sure enough he took a look on the spot. He explained exactly what he thought might be going on and kept us updated with pictures once they looked deeper. Now we eat Colombian food in Hernans honor. Everyone in the office was nice as well.

I want to share my experience with SOS Diesel. We own a motorhome and were traveling across the country when we encountered an engine problem. Finding a certified diesel mechanic willing to work on our RV without a long delay was a challenge. Fortunately, the owner, Hernan, took my call and scheduled me for the next morning. At the shop, they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed repair quotation within a couple of hours. Repairing a motorhome is more challenging than working on a truck due to the engine access, but the team persevered and completed the job as quickly as possible. Owning a motorhome isn't cheap, but the team at SOS Diesel Mechanics in Orlando demonstrated their expertise and commitment to getting us back on the road. A big THANK YOU to Hernan and the dedicated mechanics (Alex, Leo, and others) at SOS Diesel Mechanics.

I want to say Thank You to Hernan who is the Owner and also a Class A Mechanic and person. He is a professional that pays attention to detail and provided excellent customer service.. I had an ongoing problem for almost two yrs and spent a lot money with other mechanics experimenting with my truck.. My friend recommended Hernan with SOS Diesel and he not only gave me back my truck fixed he gave back a truck that is now a beast in performance and power... Hernan with his experience also corrected and gave me advise with things i was doing wrong driving my truck. That advise is priceless since now my truck can last even longer.. I highly recommend SOS Diesel eyes closed as he is an Honest person and very knowledgeable.. Thank you Hernan!
